The post-bubble housing market for second homes has yet to recover, but there is a new twist on a concept that could make second home purchases more appealing in the coming decade: access to prime “third homes” worldwide.

Although large timeshare exchange companies have developed a conduit for owners to access other locations, luxury second homes have not been made available this way. The partnership lets new members begin vacationing immediately through http://www.privatecommunities.3rdhome.com.
