Vallarta Gardens Resort Buys Enterprise Software System from SPI

January 22, 2013 by Jacquee Nickerson

SPI Software announced they have inked a deal to supply their Orange Version 7 Enterprise system to Vallarta Gardens, located just north of Puerto Vallarta Mexico. SPI’s system will provide the resort with shared ownership-specific software to handle marketing, sales, property management, finance, maintenance fee and receivables servicing, centralized reservations and web site access. Vallarta Gardens is a resort located right on the beach of Banderas Bay and offering membership in a private residence club and whole villa ownership opportunities.

SPI VP of Sales Matt Brosious says, “Vallarta Gardens is a spectacular property, located halfway between Puerto Vallarta and the very exclusive Punta Mita in the Mexican state of Nayarit. They will be using SPI’s system to handle multiple applications, including sales, reservations and to handle all facets connected with the billing and collections of annual fees.”

“We chose SPI’s software to provide an appropriate accompaniment to our upscale and elegant resort,” says Vallarta Gardens Project Director Tim Lester. “SPI fills the bill in that it will enable our several departments to share information, thus reducing errors. The system will enable our resort’s staff to operate more efficiently and with greater accuracy so that we can offer the outstanding customer service our members demand.”
