We are pleased to confirm that Paul Gardner Bougaard will be joining our group of industry experts at The FORUM on 9-10 December in London.

Paul Gardner-Bougaard was called to the Bar in 1972 and was a practicing barrister for 10 years before taking a Masters degree in EU Law at Kings London in 1982.

He then went to Brussels to study for a short period in the EU Commission’s Legal Service, before joining Abbey National as European Director in 1984. Having set up and acquired some 6 European and offshore subsidiaries, he became Director of Abbey’s Estate Agency operation in 1992, leaving Abbey in 1995 after the agency network was sold.

He joined IFG Group Plc in 1995, first running FNTC the timeshare trustee and eventually becoming the Group Director responsible for all offshore operations. He left IFG in 2005 becoming a consultant with the IIB Network and joined RDO in 2007 as Chief Executive.

The FORUM Conference will encourage maximum participation from attendees and will be a place to share issues and find solutions, to make deals, to find new opportunities, to discover what others have been doing and what has worked and what has failed. It will provide an honest, open and frank environment to share views and encourage co-operation as we enter a new era.
