Richard Ragatz, Ph.D., the internationally-recognized consultant in the shared ownership resort real estate industry and President of RAGATZ ASSOCIATES, will speak during the 20th Annual Hotel Investment Conference for Asia Pacific (HI-PAC) in Hong Kong and at the Alternative Ownership Conference of Hotels and Resorts, in Phuket, Thailand in October. Both presentations will address fractional interests on a world-wide basis.

Ragatz will be the keynote speaker on October 12 at the Alternative Ownership Conference of Hotels and Resorts, being held at the Millenium Resort, Patong in Phuket, Thailand. On October 15 during the HI-CAP Conference, Ragatz will be joined by Paul K. Dean, Director, Horwath HTL Shared Ownership Services Pty Ltd, to direct a workshop entitled, “How To Determine Whether Fractionals Are Practical For Your Project.”
