Raintree Resorts Installs TimeShareWare Enterprise

The vacation club arm of Raintree Resorts International, Raintree Vacation Club has 21 different resorts across the Western U.S., Western Canada and Mexico and over 50,000 members.
Raintree will initially utilize TimeShareWare Enterprise for property management, front desk operations, housekeeping, and maintenance. Some of the resorts have also contracted with TSW for a credit card interface.
Carol Tyrrell, Regional Hospitality Director, Central Region, was first introduced to TimeShareWare years ago and was impressed with the functionality and ease-of-use. So when Raintree Resorts began looking for a new software solution, she was excited to hear that TimeShareWare would be an option. “Use of the Room Matrix in TimeShareWare is key since all reservations are visible at once– not just the ones that have a room number assigned. This allows us to see the big picture right away without having to take a lot of extra steps. Payment and charge posting, along with the folio accounting, is an improvement for us as the totals are accurate, unlike our previous system where we experienced rounding errors that left us constantly fixing folios,” says Tyrrell.
“TimeShareWare’s staff is also very impressive,” continued Tyrrell. “The resort teams and I went to TimeShareWare’s headquarters for some software training during our implementation, and from the beginning everyone was extremely receptive to the needs that we as a client had and we were encouraged to provide as detailed input as we wanted during the setup process. As the training progressed, I was more and more certain that TimeShareWare could manage our current and future needs.”
