Priority Sales Reservations Begin For The Élan Collection’s Luxury Las Vegas Penthouse

The Élan Collection LLC, a distinctive network of ultra luxury shared interest vacation home ownership properties, is commencing priority sales reservations for its deeded, shared ownership interests in a two-story Las Vegas penthouse situated on the top floor of Turnberry Place overlooking the Strip. The price starts at $1.5 million per deeded interest.
Located within walking distance of the city’s most famous hotels such as Bellagio, the Venetian, Wynn, the Mirage and Caesars Palace, the modern penthouse encompasses more than 12,000 square feet, including over 3,000 square feet of wrap-around terraces offering dazzling 360-degree views of the city and surrounding desert mountains. Turnberry Place features exquisite art and furnishings, a lavish master suite with “His and Her” baths, two bedrooms—each with a private bath and walk-in closet, an upper-level guest suite, staff quarters, an expansive game room with a billiards table, 72-inch flat screen TV, private balcony with an outdoor pool and spa, formal dining room, fully-appointed kitchen and adjacent morning room, full bar and wine room, generous family room and spacious entertainment area with two outdoor terraces.
Élan Owner-Members will also enjoy private elevator access to the entry level of Turnberry Place, as well as elevator access from the entry to the upper level, an onsite on-call private limousine service and a personal concierge.

Only 16 shared interest deeded ownership opportunities will be offered for Turnberry Place. Priority sales reservation pricing is now available on a limited basis.
