Diamond Resorts’ Proposed European Legal Entity Mergers
January 4, 2012 by Steve-LubaApplications have been made to the UK High Court in relation to the proposed mergers of Diamond Resorts (Europe) Limited with three of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Diamond Resorts Spanish Sales S.L., Diamond Resorts Tenerife Sales S.L., and Diamond Resorts Balearic Sales S.L. in accordance with The Companies (Cross-Border Mergers) Regulations 2007 (“Merger Regulations“).
