Default Solutions And Custodial Division Opened By Stewart Vacation Ownership

According to Leon Basye, President of Stewart Vacation Ownership, the “division enhances the company’s national ability to meet the current vacation ownership industry demand to provide a one stop solution to developers and management companies for Foreclosure, Deed-in-lieu, Title Transfers, and Default Solutions.”
Returning to Stewart after a brief hiatus is Julie Evenson who will serve as Director of the Default Solutions and Custodial Services Division. She began her career in the collections department of the first publicly traded timeshare development firm. Rising to the rank of Vice President of loan servicing, Ms. Evenson managed a $400 million timeshare loan portfolio covering more than 50,000 timeshare intervals and corporate departments including contract processing, title, collections, and customer service. Julie joined Stewart Vacation Ownership in 2004, and held several positions before moving to Washington State to enhance her career with a Vacation Ownership resale company. Additionally, Ms. Evenson served as a manager of document custody services for Finova Capital Corporation, one of the largest lenders and loan administrators in the shared ownership industry.
Stewart Vacation Ownership has provided title and escrow services for deeded and non-deeded developments, inventory control, foreclosure and deed –in-lieu processing for assessment liens and mortgages, transaction consulting and sales coordination to the vacation ownership industry for more than two decades.
