Dan Lubner Featured Speaker At International Conference

Dan Lubner, president of Robb & Stucky Resorts Division, was a recent speaker at an international gathering of more than five hundred vacation ownership industry leaders in Orlando, Florida.

Lubner spoke at the 11th annual Vacation Ownership Investment Conference, hosted by the Interval International exchange organization and held at the Peabody Hotel. The conference is recognized nationally as one of the most prestigious events focusing on successful resort development, branding, financing, marketing, sales and management. The conference attracted vacation ownership industry professionals from more than 30 countries. Robb & Stucky served as one of the corporate sponsors of the event.

Along with a panel of experts in related fields, Lubner spoke to an audience of event attendees on “Value Engineering Strategies In the New World,” explaining how to create an attractive resort with optimum guest satisfaction while leveraging a property’s assets for maximum effectiveness. He explained that Robb & Stucky provides true ‘turn-key’ solutions for developers, handling design, product development, manufacturing purchasing, delivery installation and servicing … all without the need for outsourcing or paying the middleman’s markup or designers’ commissions. Lubner suggested to the audience of developers that it is important to “design for today’s needs but also for tomorrow’s considerations.”

During his second presentation, Lubner spoke on the challenges and opportunities involved in developing in regional markets, which are generally secondary markets in the U.S.
