CondotelWare, the industry leading software solution developed by TimeShareWare, will be used for property management and owner accounting functionality at the 308 unit property.
The sophisticated TimeShareWare platform has been developed using the latest technology advances and can be accessed and leveraged world-wide using state-of-the-art web services. The CondotelWare application is the first and only software of its kind to be fully localized and delivered in the Chinese language. All users can access and utilize the application in their local language, currency, and regional preferences. Because of the true internationalization of the platform, all TimeShareWare applications, modules, add-ons, and business intelligence tools can be made available in local languages and currencies throughout the world.
