Diamond Resorts International® Hires HR Professional to position of Vice President of Global Organizational Development

Diamond Resorts International® (DRI), a global leader in the vacation ownership industry, has appointed Eva Esteban as Vice President of Global Organizational Development. Esteban will oversee the development and implementation of training and talent management efforts of DRI team members worldwide, reporting to Steve Bell, Executive Vice-President, Human Resources of DRI.

Prior to joining DRI, Esteban served in leadership positions in training and sales in companies such as MGM Mirage, Inc., HealthSouth, UNLV, Xerox and Motorola. Recently Esteban was responsible for the strategic training, recruitment and community relations efforts of all employees needed for the successful opening of the multi-billion CityCenter Project on the Las Vegas strip. Prior to that engagement Esteban created, designed and implemented training systems and related programs for a global workforce of over 50,000 at Ceasars Entertainment, Inc, parent company to Caesars Palace, Paris, Bally’s, Flamingo, Grand Casino and Hilton hotel/casino properties.
